This is specially designed for the senior/top-layer staff members of an organization. The exercise is carried out with two important actions, “Attack & Defense” which are major phases in the war. During the play, the participants are divided into units/subunits with different roles and all are transformed into a military-like environment through his/her appearance and character. With this complete change, they are guided to work towards achieving a common goal.
